In fact it was test and release. I have found the whole experience with this company to be very stressful and not smooth at all. The cost is high with poor service. I did a fit to fly in Australia before leaving and it went very smoothly without a hiccup,very efficient no stress and half the price. I do not recommend Medicspot.

Scam company. Did a test for release Covid test with MedicSpot. Results came back "inconclusive". I had followed all the steps correctly and had done 2 other self tests previously without an issue. They claimed it was "likely due to a poor sample" but couldn't give me the exact reason for the test being inconclusive.
